Weldon Heart is a community space designed to be the heart of the community, facilitating residents coming together for a variety of reasons and community uses.
Weldon Heart is a large, flexible community space designed to adapt to your needs. Whether you’re planning a family celebration, hosting a local group, running a meeting, or simply looking for a calm place to work for the day, you’ll find a space here that works for you.
The full venue can be hired for larger events, with room for up to 100 guests to gather, celebrate and dance. Our main hall can also be divided into two, making it ideal for residents’ groups or community sessions of around 40 people with the added bonus of easy access to the café for refreshments when it is open.
For more private gatherings or meetings, you can hire one or both of our meeting rooms. Together they accommodate up to 30 people, or individually they provide a comfortable setting for smaller groups of up to 15.
If you’re a freelancer, remote worker, writer or simply in need of a change of scenery, our shared office offers hot desking options and is great place to focus and be productive.

Both rooms can be opened up to create a 40m² space that is a vibrant, light-filled space with an inviting indoor–outdoor feel, flowing directly into our children’s play area.
