Phil is Director of Clarion Futures, part of Clarion Housing Group, the UK’s largest Housing Association. Clarion is a major developer on Ebbsfleet.

Valerie Owen is a multidisciplinary professional – Chartered Architect, Town Planner, Development Surveyor and Environmentalist – expert in sustainable development and regeneration.

Penny has been working in the North Kent area for over 13 years and living in Ebbsfleet since 2019. She is a Baptist minister with a focus on new housing in North Kent. During this time, she has initiated several new projects including the weekly Sunday Active programme and the Ebbsfleet Coffee morning based in Castle Hill, and a project based in Northfleet.

Michèle Yianni-Attard is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business development.

David Mote has held senior positions within the employee communication, media relations, external marketing communication and publication editorial disciplines, working within both client and agency environments.

I’m Jo, Gravesend, born and bred.
After leaving college I commuted to London to work for Unilever, until I moved away from the area. I had been working for Nat West in Faversham for a year when I took the opportunity to spend time in the Canary Islands in order to learn Spanish.

Born in Dartford, and living locally, I have a strong desire to help build and be part of a local community. Over recent years I have enjoyed building a business that services the needs of the local community.

After a degree in music at Cardiff University and postgraduate study at the Royal Northern College of Music, Peter started a career in arts management in 1985.

Ibrahim is an experienced IT Security Leader with over 15 years’ expertise across the public, private, and financial sectors, specialising in governance, risk management, and secure digital transformation.

Michelle and her husband moved to Ebbsfleet in 2015, drawn by the chance to be part of a new and growing community. At the time, she was working as a Practice Manager at a private medical clinic in the City of London, where she managed the day-to-day running of the practice and worked closely with both patients and clinicians in a busy, fast-paced setting.
