This presentation was given to residents on 6 & 7 March, please watch it to get an overview of the current status of the allotments, and what will happen next. It is about 45 minutes long, so we have listed below some of the key points you may be interested in.

Here are some key bits of information:

Sizes – allotment plots will be available in a variety of sizes depending on the demand. Once we have received application forms, we will determine the size of the plots, as we would like to ensure as many people as possible have access to a plot.  They may range from 30m2 up to a max of 125sqm

Prices – 50p/sqm – this means a plot of 40sqm will be £20 per year.

Dates – We are looking to sign tenancy agreements for the allotment plots in June 2023

Eligibility – The allotment plots are available for residents of Springhead Park and Ebbsfleet Green.  The Community Garden and orchards are available for all residents of the Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Application Forms – These will be issued to people at the end of March.  The application form will also be available on this website.
