Weldon Heart is a community space designed to be the heart of the community, facilitating residents coming together for a variety of reasons and community uses.
Welcome to Weldon Heart, a large, flexible space designed to meet your various hire needs. Whether you need a large hall for your next family celebration, a smaller hall for a mother and baby group, or you’re having a group meeting for less than 15 people, or just want a hot desk for the day, Weldon Heart has space for you.
You can hire the whole venue for a large party with space for fun and activities or room to dance for 100 people.
If the main hall is divided into two, your 40-person residents group can meet whilst topping up with drinks from the cafe.
For a little more privacy for your gathering or meeting, choose between space for 30 and hire both meeting rooms or space for 15 and choose meeting room 1 or 2
For freelancers, hot deskers, book writers in need of a quiet space or remote workers looking for a change of scenery, hire a desk space in the spacious shared office for a few hours.

Bright, flexible spaces designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. These rooms work beautifully for groups who want room to think, talk, and create together. Both rooms can be opened up to create a 40m² space that is a vibrant, light-filled space with an inviting indoor–outdoor feel, flowing directly into our children’s play area.
